James Aiken Engineering operates from a 23,000 sq ft facility, a blend of office and workshop space with fabrication and machine workshops integrated under one roof. Our workshop includes an overhead crane to handle the movement of materials and assemblies throughout the facility.
State-of-the-art fabrication facilities
Our fabrication shop is equipped with the latest technology and CNC machinery to handle a wide range of fabrication tasks. From high-definition plasma and water jet cutting to pressing, forming, rolling, and welding stations, we have all the capabilities to produce bespoke metal products and assemblies.
Advanced machine shop
Our machine shop houses several CNC lathes and milling machines with varying capacities for high-speed, fast turnaround contract work. Large and small batch work is regularly undertaken, and we also work with customers to develop prototypes for specialist applications.
Assembly and testing
We offer in-house assembly and testing services to ensure all components and assemblies meet our high standards of quality and performance. Our skilled team meticulously assembles and tests each product to ensure it meets the required specifications and standards.
